Randstad General Staffing Hiring for Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant Job at Los Angeles, CA Full Time

Our client is currently looking for a passionate full lifecycle recruiting professional who knows how to find and engage the world’s best talent, who is excited about talent acquisition and also someone who values a great company culture. The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant will play an integral role in providing leadership and expertise for the full scope of the Talent Acquisition function, including all aspects of recruiting strategy development, assessment/selection and candidate management. This is a 12 month assignment that could be extended and/or opportunity to convert.

• 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
• Experience partnering and building sourcing strategies with Hiring Managers
• Experience developing and excuting long term, creative hiring strategies
• Ability to be a strong talent advisor to the hiring manager as well as focus heavily on the candidate experience

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and counsel to management team regarding talent acquisition strategies, guidelines, procedures, and programs.
• Consults with clients throughout the course of a search to proactively provide updates, facilitate candidate debrief discussions and recommend course corrections. Keeps clients abreast of recruiting activities; ensures they are aware of trends and challenges; and maintains consistency in the candidate assessment process, recommending assessment approaches as needed.
• Influences decisions based on business knowledge and relationships
• Engages the business in workforce planning discussions to identify both long term and temporary staffing solutions based on organizational goals and objectives
• Partners with business leaders and HR Business Partners across the company to develop position profiles, candidate profiles, sourcing strategies and assessment plans specific to a given requisition/position.
