Randstad General Staffing Hiring for Regional Talent Acquisition Manager Job at Remote Full Time

The Regional Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee and lead the companies vision, strategic priorities and talent attraction goals for the US. While diversifying & securing talent, the candidate in this role will lead a professional team of approximately 10 to 12 Talent Acquisition Partners. This is a fully REMOTE opportunity but must work the EST or CST time zone. Current length of assignment is 6 months but could be extended.

• Bachelors degree or 8+ years of work experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition &/or Marketing
• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
• 4+ People Management experience
• Regional ‘Lead of’ Talent Acquisition leadership experience
• Experience leading Talent Acquisition for Federal Contractor; leading with compliance to OFCCP, EEO, and Equal Pay Acts.
• Must have excellent operational skills and mastery in use of TA technology including: Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred)
• Experience leading data analytics, dashboard reporting

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support for the Talent Acquisition Americas team
• Continue our Talent Acquisition Transformation further developing Talent Acquisition Partners to serve as Talent Advisors vs Order Takers
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and development of the Talent Acquisition Partners
• Oversee accountability of Talent Acquisition Process Map, Talent Strategy development & Discussion & Offer Proposal process; suggest modifications for improvements ongoing.
• Play a role in companies culture of respect and inclusivity
• Lead and oversee execution of strategic priorities & goals for Talent Acquisition; collaborating with other Regional Talent Acquisition and Functional leads as well as Talent Attraction and Effectiveness Team ensure best practices are raised
• Ensure 100% adherence to compliance of all employment laws in the United States and Canada
• Lead Talent Acquisition Americas with Data Analytics, raising Attractiveness Issues for the region to key stakeholders quarterly
