Randstad General Staffing Hiring for Business Administrative Assistant Full Time

Our client, a reputable manufacturing facility located in Southwest Missouri, has a DIRECT HIRE position open as a Business Administrative Assistant. Seeking someone to support and to the Business Operations Manager. This position will provide administrative support to the many onsite operations functions and day-to-day office clerical activities. They will process, monitor and track orders in SAP, and provide status updates, support grass seed operations team with order entry, researching issues, invoicing, organizing and filing documents, provide tracking information for 3rd party shipments, work closely with distribution team and external carriers, support safety team with maintaining required files and loading data into online tracking system, undertake special projects as assigned. This person should have at least 3 yrs experience in a large production facility, communication skills, team player attitude, multi tasking abilities. Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office

salary: $37,000 – $48,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM – 4:30 PM
education: High` School

Responsibilities

Support the Business Operations Manager with day-to-day office clerical activities
 Process, monitor and track orders in SAP, and provide status updates
 Support Grass Seed operations team with order entry, researching issues, invoicing, and
organizing/filing documents
 Provide tracking information for 3 rd party shipments, work closely with Distribution team and
external carriers
 Support safety team with maintaining required files and loading data into online tracking system
 Undertake special projects as assigned
