Randstad CPE Looking for Structural Engineer at Gloucestershire Full Time

An engineering consultancy in Gloucester seeks to welcome a creative and ambitious Structural Engineer with minimum 4-5 years design experience in various building structures.

Having established a reputation over the years, the firm is delivering great solutions for the clients and designing projects from concept to completion. The firm works in sectors such as hotel, residential (private and commercial), commercial, retail, healthcare and education.

The role is a great chance for those who are looking to gain experience and develop their career. It offers progression to Senior, or join as a Senior Structural Engineer on appointment depending on the candidate’s profile and experience. Engineers who are working towards Chartership will gain support in achieving this status.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in working on all types of building structures and materials
• Experience of conceptual design, project management including programming works and a desire to develop mentoring and coaching skills
• Proficiency in Tekla Structural Designer, TEDDS, Robot etc.
• A BEng or MEng Civil / Structural Engineering or Engineering Design and be a member of the relevant body such as the IStructE
• Chartership, or is working towards chartered status
• Be a supportive, positive and driven team member
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently within a multidisciplinary team
