About Us: Join my client’s team as a Building Services Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer! My client are a growing FM service provider who have an outstanding reputation in the wider market. They provide great opportunities for training and long-term career progression.

• Salary: £45k-£47k (dependant on experience)
• Mobile – Covering London and surrounds
• Van & fuel card provided

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on air conditioning systems within building services.
• Split/Multi split systems
• VRV/VAV/VRF
• Close control units
• DX units
• Chillers
• Stay current with industry advancements and best practices in air conditioning maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Building Services Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer.
• Level 3 mechanical/HVAC qualifications
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems and components.
• Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
