Randash Auto Center is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our team. The Accounting Administrator will act as a point of contact between the different parts of the accounting department and handle bookkeeping, assist in preparing financial reports and resolve discrepancies. Responsibilities:

• Making journal or ledger entries.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports, and budgets.
• Assisting with tax preparation, audits, and identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Ensuring that company bills are paid, and debts are collected.
• Implementing and enforcing financial and inventory controls.
• Staying current on the company, local, state, and federal financial regulations, and policies.
• Maintaining and reviewing financial records.
• Evaluating internal management systems, procedures, and risks to provide recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field.
• Experience in bookkeeping, and management.
• CPA certification preferred (not required)
• Must be, trustworthy, have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, problem-solving, and math skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting and legislation.
• Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills required
• Team-oriented and comfortable in an open office setting is required
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
