Site Construction company hiring an Accountant/Billing Specialist to manage all financial transactions. Fixed payments, variable expenses, bank deposits and daily cash flow analysis. Auditing financial documents, reconciling bank statements using Quickbooks. AIA billing experience is a must and is performed monthly for the various construction projects. Timely quartering and year end reporting to the CPA for several separate entities. Previous experience in the construction industry a plus. Qualified candidate must have expert level knowledge of QuickBooks, working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and be self motivated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
