Randall-Reilly’s RPO Division is seeking a Full-Time Recruiter to join our growing team!
Recruiters are responsible for communicating with driver applicants through all steps of the recruiting and onboarding process in order to recruit, select, and hire qualified individuals. Driver Recruiters will build & develop a pipeline of CDL applicants for carriers/clients.

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $52,500/year – $80,000/year. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
