Rancho Del Rio Hiring for Shuttle Drivers, Campground Host, Boat Rental Shop, Housekeeping, General Store at Bond, Colorado Full Time

Searching for a few folks to round out our crew at Rancho Del Rio, “NOT YOUR USUAL RESORT”.- You would be trained in all aspects of the property. We are looking for drivers for our river shuttle business, campground host, rental shop employees, general store and more! Most of all we need folks who want to be here & immersed in the river culture! Rafting, music, camping, getting away from the stresses of the modern world and stepping back in time. Where life was simple and your biggest concern was which stretch of river you were going to run that day…

You should show up with your own lodging such as a tent, van, camper or whatever else you can come up with to sleep in! You will be give a spot to park it for the season. You’ll make a competitive starting wage plus tips depending on where you’re working that day, site rent is included, you’ll have access to our staff bathhouse and we provide staff meals on the weekends. 

Rancho Del Rio is a fun, sometimes wild riverside campground. We get all sorts of folks through here from boaters, bikers, hikers, folks out driving on the Colorado River Scenic Highway and local camp groups. We host a couple music festivals, weddings, adventure races, family reunions, bachelor & bachelorette parties and so much MORE! We are quite remote though and we embrace the fact that we’re located out of town!
