Ranch Enterprises and affiliated companies are in need of a competent individual to prepare real estate documents and close real estate transactions. Candidate must have a real estate background and excellent people skills. Candidate will be responsible for preparing documents such as Warranty Deeds, Promissory Notes, Deeds of Trust, Release of Liens and Truth In Lending (TIL). Candidate will work closely with our Real Estate Attorney and management. Other responsibilities will include, Filing DBAs, Proof Reading documents, Enforcement of Restriction Violations and other “as needed” projects. Candidate will coordinate real estate closings with purchasers.
Pay will be based on experience.‘
