Ramsay Health Care Hiring for Senior HR Officer / Talent Acquisition Job at Brisbane Full Time

• Partner with Hiring Managers to deliver talent when they need it
• Advise on EBAs, classifications and pay rates
• A mix of work-from-home and the office
• Permanent part-time opportunity (Monday – Wednesday)

This newly-created position will play a pivotal role in supporting growth.

YOUR ROLE

As an internal talent acquisition and HR specialist, you will:

• Partner with HR teams to implement talent strategies
• Lead a small team to:
  • Run campaigns
  • Work with Hiring Managers to source top talent by taking a brief, posting job advertisements, actioning pre-employment checks, and issuing contracts of employment
  • Advise on EBAs, classifications and pay rates, and issue contract variations
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through to onboarding
  • Action tasks and transactions
