SENIOR HR OFFICER – MEDICAL ADMINISTRATION

About the role
You will support medical teams around Australia to onboard and manage migration for our doctors.
Tasks will include:
- Receiving requisitions
- Preparing employment contracts and contract variations
- Working with hospitals to prepare documentation to support sponsorship lodgement
- Working with an external migration agent to facilitate sponsorship and visa lodgement

- Great team player
- You enjoy helping people and you deliver great client service
- Able to problem-solve
- Strong attention to detail – your documentation is precise and correct
- You are comfortable to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong medical admin background
- Skilled in working with doctors
- Experienced in employment contracts for medical professionals
- Systems savvy – you are good at accurate data entry
- Experience in sponsorship and visa administration a great-to-have
People in our team choose to work from our Greenslopes office or from home. If you work from home, you will need:
- a home office space that meets Ramsay’s health and safety standards, and,
- suitable office equipment.
Generally home-based people work in our Greenslopes office two days a week – but we are flexible!
