Key Accountabilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations and provide general administrative support, including organising and scheduling appointments
• Assisting with preparation of regular s on key people metrics and strategies h
• Updating and maintaining policies and procedures
• Updating and maintaining SharePoint and intranet sites related to the People team
• Virtual filing
• Coding and processing invoices for payment and managing expense claims
• Liaising with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior leaders
• Supporting the People Leadership Team with ad hoc tasks

About You

To succeed in this role, you are a dynamic administrator who is approachable and has a genuine passion for client care and excellent customer service. You are a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, is innovative and possess a natural ability for creative problem solving in order to manage in a fast paced environment.

Key Skills And Experience

• Demonstrated experience in an administration, customer service or similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to priorities work
• Ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect quickly and source information
• Experience in a complex organisation and/or Human Resources / People function desirable

You will need:
