Ramsay Health Care Hiring for Administration Assistant at Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Full Time
Permanent part-time position to a dedicated Administration Assistant! Unique opportunity to hone your administrative skills and still have the perfect work life balance! About The Role This is the perfect opening for an Administration Receptionist to join our Front Office team that is friendly, cohesive and proactive. In this role, you deliver exceptional customer service to our patients and visitors whilst supporting the clinical and non-clinical areas of the hospital.
Duties may include but are not limited to;
- Providing care to our clients/patients from admission to discharge
- Engaging and connecting with different medical specialists, administrators, patients, and caregivers
- Co-ordinating medical operations with different concerned teams players
The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work the following shifts:
- 2.00pm – 8.30pm Mondays and Tuesday
- 7.30am – 3.30pm Wednesday and Thursday
- 6.30am – 2.30pm Friday
Your Skills And Experience
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in line with our Ramsay core values.
Your communication and engagement skills will be of critical importance as you liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience working in a reception/administration role
- Prior experience working in a medical setting desirable but not essential
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Strong attention to details and accuracy with efficient keyboard/typing skills
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate of $26.19 + superannuation based on experience and qualifications. Exclusive of penalties and allowances.
