Looking for staff to work at a fast paced, high volume Japanese kitchen. Experience in a kitchen not specifically required, but must be willing to learn and have a good mindset. Competitive wages will be provided upon experience, or ability to learn quickly.

Job Duties:

• Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Salary: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
