Job Brief:

We at Ramco place high value in innovation led marketing to grow and scale. As a Regional Marketing Lead for the ANZ region, we are searching for an experienced, execution-driven, and proactive individual with a creative outlook and thinking out of the box attitude to join the 2000+ members’ Ramco family.

You will be responsible for assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities, and developing marketing programs with a partnership led and customer centric approach in the ANZ region to drive innovation acceleration and revenue generation in accordance with the Ramco’s overall goal, objectives, and strategies.

Your day as a Regional Marketing Lead – ANZ

• Actively driving regional business growth strategy and execution in accordance with company’s growth targets, product positioning in the region by connecting business leaders with next-gen technology. Finding new avenues for maintaining and sustaining relationships with Partners and Alliances for the adoption of digital transformation and embracing disruption, in alignment with the commercial strategy of the company to drive market growth.
• Strategize, execute, and manage marketing initiatives and campaigns for the product lines through industry events, inside sales, roundtables, partners, etc in the ANZ region.
• Identify, build, and grow strategic alliances inclusive of developing governance models and business plans in collaboration with target partners to further strengthen and expand the partnership footing
• Be on the constant look out to build, cultivate and strengthen the relationship with existing and new partners to foster connections and execute exciting partnership solutions
• Work in proximity with the sales, product management and other cross-functional teams to create impactful, scalable, repeatable marketing programs and evolve through execution and implementation
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to run integrated marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure sync between regional marketing function and organizational goals at an objective and strategic level.
• Month on month analysis to manage, evaluate and measure the budgets and ROI from marketing led activities for the region in alignment with GTM strategy

Role Requires:

• Education
• – Any Graduate
• – MBA preferable
• Job Experience – 3-7 years of experience in a similar role
• Industry Experience – 1+ years of experience in the IT and Enterprise Software’s industry
• Preferred- Well-versed with various tools like MS office, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Demand base, LinkedIn Campaign manager/Sales Navigator, etc, any other is a plus.
• Strong Communication and presentation skills – written and verbal
• Networking & Building relationships – internal and external stakeholders
• Open to travelling
