Rambunctious Rhino Hiring for A Rambunctious Social Media Campaign Manager at Remote Full Time

Position Summary

In the social media campaign manager position, you will execute the online marketing strategies, develop and optimize highly-effective social media campaigns. This is a role where you will partner with account managers to support the creation and optimization of social campaigns across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute campaigns across various social media platforms. Meta, LinkedInSnapchat, Reddit, Pinterest and other platforms
• Provide ongoing management and optimization of these campaigns including tracking and ing.
• Provide campaign performance narratives based on campaign optimizations and client goals.
• Coordinate across other channels to ensure smooth integration of online advertising into our client’s overall growth strategy. Including coordination with SEO and organic social efforts.
• Lead the client and account manager in troubleshooting any performance issues.
• Develop short form ad copy across various platforms and creative in tools like Canva.
• Be client facing for ing and strategy calls as needed.

● Keep media spends and other costs within budget

● Proactively stay on top of ever changing industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

● 3+ Years of experience managing paid social campaigns

● Strong understanding of online audiences

● Strong organizational skills

● Respectful and effective communication skills

● Entrepreneurial attitude – utility player, not afraid to think outside of the box to get things done.

Preferences

● Experience with Paid Search and YouTube is a plus

● Google Analytics experience

● Google Tag Manager experience

● Facebook Blueprint certification

● Efficiency in Canva or other design programs

Compensation starts at $60,000-$75,000
