Rambling Box Creative Hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist at Locust Grove, GA Full Time

Rambling Box Creative is seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote our services and brand. In addition you will work closely with our clientele to assess their needs and produce relevant content and digital marketing strategies. This is a role that wears many hats and is expected to demonstrate a breadth of online marketing skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Administer websites and publish content to both internal and client sites. Requires applicants to be knowledgeable of various technical website optimizations and modifications via HTML or CSS code.
• Develop visual assets for digital campaigns. Requires knowledge of the Adobe Suite
• Perform ad copywriting and content creation to support online marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives
• Manage and optimize social media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google and others.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage with our audience and generate leads
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to optimize performance and improve user experience
• Collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging and effective marketing content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
• Meet monthly KPI targets, for conversions, leads generated, number of engagements, all while communicating your results to leadership via s and dashboards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or a related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successfully executing campaigns and achieving measurable results
• Knowledge of various digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, analytics tools, and graphic design tools (Adobe Suite).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with Google Business cloud services.

This position requires a cheerful, VERY PROFESSIONAL attitude and respect for others, our customers, vendors and colleagues. Reliability and the drive to assist with duties regardless of the work environment. Applicants must be capable of passing a drug screen, background character screening, and e-Verify. Applicants must also have reliable transportation and be able to work the stated schedule. The applicant must also have a current valid driver’s license and the ability of getting to and from work without assistance.

Position is full time and directly s to the President. Hours are primarily Monday-Friday 8:00 – 5:00, however occasional travel and weekend hours may be required. This position requires the ability of lifting 25 pounds, standing for 4+ hours at any given time on uneven surfaces, the ability to climb a ladder, and being exposed to varying temperatures.
