Data Entry Specialist Needed (sales skills are a requirement)

Founded and owned locally, Ramblin Express has been providing excellence in passenger ground transportation service since 1993, with diverse operations in Denver and Colorado Springs. We pride ourselves on our ability to consistently provide the safest, most convenient passenger transportation services, in a friendly, professional manner.

Business is booming and we are looking to expand our family of customer service team members. We have an immediate opening for a Data Entry Specialist/Sales in our Charter Sales Department.

Salary: $26.00 per hour

Monday-Friday

Essential Job Functions

• Establishes effective relationships with clients, building a healthy rapport
• Manage Data Entry Process to maintain accurate records for customer accounts
• Maintain customer orders and records
• Maintain customer invoices
• Answers phone calls and responds to email communications.
• Assist Charter Sales Manager with booking

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous expereince in data entry
• Technically savvy (able to adapt to different software systems)
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good phone etiquette a MUST
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to perform in a team environment
• Self-starter and self-directed

Required Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. * Minimum of 3 years as a professional data entry specialist

• Background in customer service and office environment is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams etc.).
