” The Sourcer will build and maintain candidate pipelines as well as vast networks of professional relationships for various disciplines in the pharma and biotech industries. This position will work 100% remote and can be located anywhere in the US.They will be responsible for direct sourcing, headhunting, and pipelining top tier candidates for the Biologics Business Unit. The Sourcer will be identifying, interviewing, maintaining relationships with and making recommendations for candidates with potential for upward mobility at various levels.

The Role

• Proactively pursue both passive and active job seeking talent; direct source, headhunt, and pipeline top tier candidates.
• Work closely with our corporate recruiters as well as hiring managers, to help determine staffing strategies, obtain position requirements and compensation information.
• Responsible for gathering and reporting on market data including compensation trends, competitor information and general talent pool findings through sourcing efforts.
• Build and maintain a vast network of professional relationships for various disciplines in the pharma and biotech industries.
• Must possess the ability to understand the talent needs of hiring managers when opening and creating a requisition.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 – $33.65 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
