Responsibilities:
The Deployment Coordinator is responsible for overall coordination, education, and development of how Crew utilize technology within the workplace. They support established targets for continued development of skill sets and awareness to ensure technology is being utilized properly and maximize the potential and features enabled by the technology or system. They are responsible for informing Crew of features and functionality of technological advancements and ensure that Crew can use the latest software or equipment effectively.

They must identify the level of knowledge and experience the Crew has and execute against appropriate programs designed to develop the necessary skills. Deployment Coordinators are responsible for the development of documentation by working with the business and technology experts to reinforce the proper use of technology.

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two or more years of experience educating and training technology systems utilization and effective use.
• Experience in creating end user technology instruction documentation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech savvy with a business partnership approach to leverage technology to meet business needs.
• A technology utilization specialist with a proven track record of design and delivery.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Practical understanding of potential uses of technology. Knowledge of industry standards, directions, and business and technology trends.
• Proven track record of executing to a technology training program. Experience analyzing company needs, lesson planning, development, and implementation with high standards on customer service.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to self-manage day to day activities.
• Ability to travel to support new restaurant opening activities (up to 80%).
• Flexibility to operate during non-standard business hours and weekends, as needed
