The role will suit a hands-on recruiter who is focused on providing exceptional support & service to internal stakeholders. Its a fun, fast-paced environment!

The Role

• Run group interviews & assessment centres to find the best possible staff
• Manage the training & induction of all new team members
• Work with senior management on reviewing & improving recruitment and training processes
• Evaluate advertising effectiveness and develop advertising materials to attract top talent.
