Job Responsibilities:
– Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
– Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers’ needs and finding appropriate solutions.
– Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary.
– Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
– Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
– Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
