This position is fully remote and may be performed from one of the following U.S. states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, MA, MI, MS, NC, NV, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA.

Raintree requires a results-oriented leader for its professional services team who will create the organizational structure and capabilities required to deliver world-class consulting and implementation that enabling clients to achieve the fastest possible time to maximum value realization. The current Professional Services organization comprises almost 50 employees with the expectation that this will grow at the rate our business grows (currently 45% per annum) provided professional services margins are enhanced, not eroded. The VP of Professional Services will to the Chief Customer Officer and have a key role on the company’s Management Team.

A qualified candidate will have experience managing a high-performing professional services team, from a Private Equity backed SaaS business or professional services delivery organization that delivers technology-focused engagements.
