Compensation: ?$150K – $200K base salary + bonus and additional variable compensation (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular analysis of sales performance on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis to pinpoint areas for potential growth and improvement. Create and articulate detailed strategies for both pre-season planning and end-of-season reviews, ensuring a comprehensive approach to business development. Perform a quarterly assessment of top-selling items and missed opportunities, presenting these findings to Norma Kamali for strategic decision-making. Continuously innovate and explore creative methods to foster growth for each account, thinking beyond conventional strategies. ? Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of 15 years of experience in wholesale sales management. Established high-level connections with major domestic and international ECOM accounts. Exceptional skills in interpersonal communication and presentation. In-depth knowledge of the brand and a comprehensive understanding of the contemporary market. Highly motivated and well-organized, with a focus on efficient task management. Proven leadership abilities and experience in guiding teams.
