Office Assistant responsibilities

Organize office operations and procedures

Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Trainability

Proficient in one or two of the following : Microsoft Office, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel

Knowledge and understanding of emailing, Invoicing customers, scheduling, and taking messages.
