About the opportunity

Rail Projects Victoria is seeking to recruit a HR Administrator to provide operational HR support services across a range of disciplines including but not limited to: recruitment, employee lifecycle activities (onboarding/offboarding/performance goal planning), Early Career Development Programs and HR administration. We are seeking a candidate who is interested in supporting a high performing HR team across a range of administrative services. A strong attention to detail is essential and the ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders and communicate effectively and openly with the objective of continuously delivering exceptional HR administration support services.

About you

You will be a highly focused and driven person who is interested in contributing to delivering multi-billion dollar rail infrastructure projects and working within a high-performing HR team. You will thrive within fast paced, performance focused environments and have a keen eye for attention to detail in everything you do. You do not necessarily need a background in HR, the perfect candidate for this role might come from a number of industries in customer service, office coordination or administration roles.
