The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing large amounts of incoming emails and phone calls, generating sales leads, identify and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction. They must have technical competency to understand customer requests, as they relate to the electronics and automation industry. They will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This position will work out of RAE’s branch in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia and reports directly to RAE’s Inside Customer Service Manager.
