We invite you to join our Talent Team team as a Hybrid Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote & Onsite). In this pivotal role you will collaborate daily with operations management and recruitment team members, and will receive guidance from the West Coast Recruiting Director and VP of Human Resources. This position will be based in Tulsa, Ok.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Have a robust and detailed awareness of market site locations, administrative offices and regionally remote hiring needs
• Have a robust familiarity with market conditions impacting hiring within your assigned region
• Develop an effective and responsive communication pathway with local hiring managers in order to ensure prompt and timely communication with candidates
• Develop, generate, and post advertisement communication for job requisitions through job posting resources and social media outlets
• Identify and source candidates
• Develop relationships with hiring resources within the region and market (not an exhaustive list): Vocational schools, Community Colleges, Colleges and University outplacement programs, ROP programs, Former military hiring programs, and Diversity hiring outplacement programs.
• Attend job fairs and work to foster positive community awareness of Radnet
• Develop and maintain a candidate base through ongoing, targeted communication and engagement
• Develop offer letters consistent with salary parameters outlined in the requisitions
• Conduct background screenings and any legally required follow up with candidate and HR/Legal on issues arising from findings
• Maintain awareness of partner market needs and issues in order to provide support for, or referral of, candidates outside of assigned region
• Proactively identify sourcing challenges and communicate with regional leadership and recruitment manager to explore options and solutions
• Provide timely feedback where challenges arise (with hiring managers, systems, or other) and offer suggestions/solutions to leadership
• Travel as needed to events, and our centers within Oklahoma (approximately 15% travel).
• Participate in projects, trainings, and/or meetings as needed.

• 3+ years of Full-cycle recruiting work experience required (recruitment experience within a hospital or healthcare company’s HR department is preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Working knowledge of Federal and Oklahoma State labor laws.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office to create employment flyers/advertisements, excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and other related items.
• A high level of motivation, the ability to efficiently work with little supervision, effective multi-tasking skills, the ability to prioritize, and a willingness to help other team members.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed (travel approximately 15% of the time)
• Candidate must be based in Tulsa, OK and willing to travel throughout Oklahoma for events/meetings. Remote position

Bachelor’s Degree or an Associate’s Degree in human resources with an HR certificate is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
