Job Summary
The Onboarding Coordinator is a member of the Human Resources Shared Services Department and is responsible for coordinating the pre-employment onboarding experience for all newly / rehired employees.
The Onboarding Coordinator will be expected to process background checks, enter data into multiple systems with accuracy, and provide exceptional level of customer service to future employees, Talent Acquisition Partners, HR Business Partners and hiring managers.
The Onboarding Coordinator will also ensure state and / or federal compliance for all newly hired employees including policy acknowledgment and partnering with HRBPs on tracking new hire training completion.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
Pay Range : $25.00-$28.00 / hr.
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, location and training.
This pay scale is not a guarantee of a particular wage.
