JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARY:
Applicant must have a minimum of three (3) years of a professional receptionist/office assistant experience is REQUIRED.
Must be able to perform a wide variety of routine tasks, including and primarily, answering the telephone, greeting clients, preparing general correspondence, filing and setting up invoices, data entry/billing, running s, ordering supplies and generally keeping the office running smoothly.

Position requires: a) the ability to be cheerful and polite; b) effectively screen telephone calls and direct callers as appropriate; the ability to learn and c) the ability to handle multiple miscellaneous assigned tasks.
