Summary: The Collections Agent will initiate the appropriate action to assist consumers in resolving delinquent accounts.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail, Call Centers, Collections, Sales and/or Telemarketing.
High School Diploma or GED are required.
Bilingual candidates are a plus!
