As the Talent Acquisition Manager, it will be your role to co-create the talent acquisition strategy with the Talent Acquisition Team at our Head Office in Brussels so you will need to fully understand the talent acquisition landscape to ensure we proactively source, attract and retain the very best talent. As a strong ambassador for the company, you will passionately influence passive and active candidates to choose the Radisson Hotel Group as an employer of choice.
You will work closely with the hotels and HR Business Partners to develop an effective strategy that enables us to attract, recruit and develop a pipeline of talent at all levels. You will be able to put recruitment plans into action considering a variety of cost-effective recruitment techniques including extensive use of Linked in Recruiter and other platforms.
This is a demanding, hands-on role and you will be fully responsible for the following aspects of the employee life cycle; ‘Attract, select, hire me!’ and ‘Get me Started’. You will screen, interview, conduct assessments and make recommendations on a daily basis. You will have proven experience as a recruiter in a customer driven fast-paced people heavy environment. It is essential that you are hungry for results, flexible, highly organised and tenacious to get the best results for the businesses you support.
