As the Talent Acquisition Manager, it will be your role to co-create the talent acquisition strategy with the Talent Acquisition Team at our Head Office in Brussels so you will need to fully understand the talent acquisition landscape to ensure we proactively source, attract and retain the very best talent. As a strong ambassador for the company, you will passionately influence passive and active candidates to choose the Radisson Hotel Group as an employer of choice.

You will work closely with the hotels and HR Business Partners to develop an effective strategy that enables us to attract, recruit and develop a pipeline of talent at all levels. You will be able to put recruitment plans into action considering a variety of cost-effective recruitment techniques including extensive use of Linked in Recruiter and other platforms.

This is a demanding, hands-on role and you will be fully responsible for the following aspects of the employee life cycle; ‘Attract, select, hire me!’ and ‘Get me Started’. You will screen, interview, conduct assessments and make recommendations on a daily basis. You will have proven experience as a recruiter in a customer driven fast-paced people heavy environment. It is essential that you are hungry for results, flexible, highly organised and tenacious to get the best results for the businesses you support.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to enable you to plan, create and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy that is fit for purpose, considering the challenge for talent
• Evaluate the company and individual business needs and devise and implement recruitment plans, campaigns and activities including assessment activities per business and target group requirements
• Ensure effective talent attraction and employer branding activities, execution and communication and stakeholder (hiring managers and target employee audience) involvement.
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees (current and former)
• Develop and track facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable
• Set continuous commercially focused improvement goals
• Develop and revise job adverts as per business needs/ legislative updates
• Develop and revise job descriptions and person specifications as per business requirements and legislative updates
• Ensure the hired candidate is provided with an excellent onboarding experience and we comply with our legal obligations

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven track record as a Talent Acquisition Manager / Head hunter in a fast paced customer focused service industry
• A strategic and creative thinker who is customer centric with a proven track-record in talent acquisition for line employees and management level mass and specialist recruitment
• You are excellent at building relationships, attentive and can strike a rapport with people enabling you to influence at all levels
• You enjoy a challenge and demonstrate initiative and ownership in all that you do
• You have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and have the courage to challenge others where necessary
• You have credibility and gravitas in your area of expertise
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and other HRIS systems. Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, a second language is advantageous
• Ability to be flexible, adaptable and work effectively in and across international teams
• Open to some travel and will accept a flexible work schedule
