Role Overview :

Join us as a Software Engineer at Radical AI and immerse yourself in the core of AI development. Your expertise will transform creative AI concepts into practical, working applications.

You’ll bring your coding skills to life by enhancing both our front-end and back-end systems, ensuring they deliver a seamless and high-performance experience for all Radical AI missions.

You’ll also have the opportunity to work on exciting projects like Kai ( https : / / kai.radicalai.app / ) and other innovative digital tools such as an AI Teaching Assistant, AI Career Coach, and AI Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

Work together on AI projects like an AI Teaching Assistant, AI Career Coach, and AI Project Manager to improve them.

Help design, write, and check software as part of a team.

Explore and use the newest AI technologies and approaches.

Make our internal processes better by using automation and improving how we use data.

Requirements

Strong interest in AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.

Excellent skills in analysis, problem-solving, and creative thinking.

Good at communicating and working in teams.

Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud and AWS, and full-stack development tools like React and Node.js.

Preferably experienced with Python and AI development frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.

A background in Computer Science, AI, or similar areas, ideally with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, is preferred.
