Job Description
Do you feel a rush successfully matching a candidate with the ideal job? We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage RWWA’s recruitment and onboarding process within our People & Capability team. With the assistance of our Talent Support Officer you would be responsible for recruiting a wide variety of roles from tech specialists to racing experts.
Working with a fun team who are dedicated to enhancing the employee and candidate experience you would be managing the end to end recruitment process and the onboarding of new employees. Contributing to the recruitment strategy and identifying continuous improvements, including alternative methods of recruitment, is key along with promoting RWWA as an employer through available channels.

Qualifications
To be successful in the role previous experience demonstrating significant knowledge of effective recruitment processes and an ability to build effective relationships will be vital. Ideally you will have previous experience using online recruitment and onboarding systems along with the ability to manage multiple ongoing processes at the same time while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
