The Culture, Talent & People Development Coordinator undertakes a wide range of support activities ranging from team related administration and ing to the assignment and monitoring of required learning, end to end coordination of development programs, culture and IE&B activities and events, management of knowledge repositories and related policies and procedures, and maintenance of the team sharepoint / RaboHub sites. Much of the activity requires collaboration with the wider HR, Corporate Affairs and Workplace team and key business stakeholders for effective delivery.
This role would suit a candidate either with experience in HR Administration/Coordination, or someone looking to develop a career in Talent Development, with prior Event Coordination or Project Management experience.
