We are looking for a talented person with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. You will be conducting interviews, sourcing and filtering candidates for open positions.

Rà is a full-stack, verticalized developer; “The Tesla of Buildings”. We build premium homes with the goal of dramatically cutting the cost (>30%) and time (50%) to build.

We do everything from buying land, developing, building, and sale. We’ve started by building single family homes in Canada and the US. In 2021, we’ve perfected the technology, purchased land and now it’s time to scale.

• Loves data & always tracks recruitment efforts (yes, the metrics)
• Is a creative sourcer (you see way beyond LinkedIn, here is the post to read before you apply
• Is insatiably curious & on top of things with the latest tech stack for recruiting
• Can easily come up with suggestions to improve this JD

EXTRA AWESOME if you:

• Are active in Recruiting Brainfood or Growth Hacking Recruiters community (or at least follow it)
• Have experience using Greenhouse
• Have experience filling tech or construction roles.
