R RCM, Inc Hiring for Accounting Manager Job at Remote Full Time

The Accounting Manager manages a portfolio of client entities by ensuring the completion of accounting activities including: general ledger maintenance, monthly financial reporting (including budget to actual analysis), reporting to ownership and year-end audit preparation.

Position reports to: Director, Client Accounting

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead two direct reports.

• Manage and review client financial statements.

• Coordinate financial closings and generation of client financial reporting packages.

• Communicate financial results and perform financial analysis as requested.

• Manage payroll process and answer any client questions.

• Implement new client processes and set up.

• Review the preparation of tax work papers.

• Compliance with R1 policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required

• General Accounting Experience

• Certified Public Accountant license preferred

• Big 4 accounting experience preferred

• Management experience preferred

Skills/ Knowledge Requirements:

• MS Office skills required/Advanced Excel skills required

• Experience in Healthcare industry helpful

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines is critical.

• Able to manage multiple concurrent tasks.

• Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
