R LLC Hiring for Technical Recruiter III at Maryland Full Time

As a Senior Technical Recruiter (Technical Recruiter III) for R3, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting activities for internal and external facing IT professionals. You should understand and align what we do as a business to our company’s culture that contributes to top-level customer service experience for our clients. You are the face of the organization to potential and future employees. This is a senior role that will work with all levels of management that align with the organization’s overall strategy.

Requirements:

• Work with hiring managers to develop and/or obtain job descriptions, post to various job boards, and track via our internal recruiting system.
• Interface with internal stakeholders to better understand requirements for open positions.
• Identify, source, screen, and provide a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles.
• Writing and posting technical job descriptions.
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes.
• Further down select qualified candidates through pre-screening phone and/or video conferencing mechanisms to analyze applicant’s abilities as well as determine if they are a good fit for R3 and external clients.
• Facilitate interview lifecycle activities with the hiring managers and other appropriate interviewees.
• Develop full lifecycle recruiting processes and procedures, train, and roll out internally.
• Expand and roll out the recruiting module of R3’s HRIS.
• Develop baseline interview standards, methods, questions, and training guidelines to internal staff.
• Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
• Craft and establish professional relationships passive candidates.
• Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals and identify other mechanisms for sourcing.
• Coordinate the offer lifecycle and notify human resources as per documented processes.

• Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
• Understand key technology and R3 business offerings; keep up to date with new technological and recruiting trends.
• Develop KPIs – goals and objectives for recruiting.
• Provide regular metrics and ing to senior level management.
• Identify and implement, facilitate and/or participate in regular cadence meetings with the appropriate stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
• Exceptional documentation, communication, presentation, collaboration, and relationship management skills.
• You must be able to act quickly and multitask in situations where multiple and urgent hiring needs arise.
• Ability to work under high pressure situations, be detail oriented, professional team player with strong follow through.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats and methods.
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
• Excellent people skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.

Experience Level:

• Senior level (minimum 7-10 years’ experience required), equivalent training, certifications, degrees, and experience may be considered.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or relevant preferred.
