Administrative Support and Account Management is a key part of the Sale Operations and Client Services department whose mandate is to facilitate and support activities across the sales team to help encourage sales and revenue generation/retention at QuoteMedia. This includes administrative tasks and client facing activities to facilitate client requests and act as a liaison between QuoteMedia’s clients and the sales organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience: High school or related experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES:
· Manage Client product inquiries
· Maintain our Contract Renewal process
· Act as a liaison between the Sales Department and Clients
· Provide exceptional customer experiences to existing Clients
· Support daily administrative functions
· Completing administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as required
· Foster positive client relations
· Updating and maintaining client database
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Excellent verbal/written communication skills with the ability to work effectively on a team
· Ability to effectively interact with the business industry
· Maintain confidentiality
· Professionalism while collaborating with varying managerial levels as well as staff
· Good time management skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
