Quorn Foods Hiring for Learning & Talent Assistant Job at Remote Full Time

Quorn Foods are currently recruiting for a Learning & Talent professional to join our growing HR team.

The Role

In a newly created position, this role will provide effective administrative support to our Head of Learning & Talent. You will support the creation & expansion of our L&D function, allowing a unique opportunity to have autonomy along with the chance to add fast, impacting value to Quorn Foods.

You will support & deliver effective 70:20:10 learning approaches tailored to a variety of learner groups across all levels of Quorn.

We are in the process of implementing a new Learning Management System, therefore you will utilise this effectively to meet different learning demands & needs. You will maintain L&D reporting utilising the new system, ensuring it’s effective use across the business.

The successful applicant will have:

• Demonstrable background as a Talent and/or L&D professional

• Background in developing a variety of L&D initiatives such as career development, leadership development, team building & learning events

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, managing multiple tasks simultaneously

• Interpersonal skills: a team player, and enjoys working with others in a collaborative environment

• Ideally hold familiarity in using e-learning management systems that host e-learning materials, including LMS & LXP

• A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
