2022 is a big year for Quilter. We have hugely exciting growth plans within the Wealth side of our business. We’re designing and running campaigns to hire the best talent in this space, with a focus on innovation, diversity and attracting our next generation of talent.
At Quilter our Talent Acquisition team truly partner with our business. We’re experts in our fields, offering advice and presenting solutions that will deliver for our stakeholders. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will join us on a FTC basis, until the end of the year, to help us run complex but sophisticated recruitment processes that provide a great candidate experience.
This is an opportunity to work with an engaged stakeholder group on exciting, growth focused recruitment activity. As well as this, there are opportunities to partner with our hiring managers on requirements outside of the project space, fostering strong relationships and delivering a seamless recruitment process, with an emphasis on direct sourcing.
Rebekah Randall, Talent Acquisition and Operations Lead
You will support our Talent Acquisition Lead and Business Partner with the design, implementation, management and overall delivery of recruitment projects. Within the project space you will help us track our progress against our strategy, designing, managing and sharing reports and data. You’ll be focused on candidate experience and will monitor applications, screen candidates and arrange interviews. You’ll become familiar with the external market and will flag challenges as they arise, ensuring we’re able to manage our candidate pipeline effectively, again with a focus on candidate experience.
You’ll take ownership of non-project recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, offering advice and managing their recruitment process to ensure we’re delivering a great service. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you’ll know what a good recruitment process looks like, and you’ll understand how to attract and source the best candidates. You’ll make full use of the tools and channels available to focus on delivering through direct sourcing.
Working as part of the team aligned to our High Net Worth business you’ll offer your support and expertise as needed. There’s a lot of work to be done and we love to share ideas and collaborate, you’ll be a key member of the team and will help us to deliver on our strategy.
You will have a proven track record in recruitment, with the ability to partner with our hiring manager and own a recruitment process.
You’ll be organised and confident, focused on delivering a great candidate experience.
You’ll be methodical, able to work under pressure and prioritise your workload.
Ideally you’ll have used direct sourcing tools and channels and understand how to search for and approach prospective candidates.
You’ll be proactive, curious and a true team player, able to contribute ideas and collaborate.
