Quickline Communications Hiring for HR Advisor – Employee Engagement at Kingston upon Hull Full Time
Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for an HR Advisor with experience of working on employee engagement initiative to help us continue to make Quickline a great place to work.

You will be able to run and own employee engagement projects
Work with the Charity and Wellbeing comittee
Employee surveys will be owned by you
You will still have the chance to support on some of the generalist HR side of things but the engagement projects will be the main focus of this role
Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…
You are CIPD5 qualified
Ideally you have worked in generalist HR, but have worked on various engagement initiatives
You can run a project
Your communication skills are great
This is can be full time or part time. We’re all about making sure our people can do what they do best whilst balancing busy lives, hobbies, kids, cats and cross stitch. So if you’ve got ideas about flexible working, let us know.
We have been busy updating our benefits as we grow. So now we have up to 5 additional days of a year – 2 days for charity work, a day off if you get married or move house and you get your birthday off!
