We are in search of an Automotive Service Advisor who is professional & customer-focused. This individual will have Automotive Repair knowledge, and be able to perform maintenance duties such as oil changes and tire rotations, when needed.

About this Role

As a Automotive Service Advisor at Quick Lane, you will have superb customer service skills, ability to work effectively under pressure, perform light maintenance work (such as oil changes & tire rotations), excellent communication skills, and confidence to present recommended service work to customers that will earn trust and foster on-going relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities: perform maintenance work, greet customers via telephone and in person, provide professional customer service by listening carefully to enquiries and requests, ask questions to identify service needs, resolve customer concerns and sell additional services when appropriate, estimate cost and completion times/settle customer accounts, communicate with customers about status of work, coordinate activities to ensure repair work is fixed right the first time and completed on time, obtain customers’ written approval on all repair orders at the time of the write-up or when closing additional add-on sales, inspect every finished repair order for proper completion, pricing accuracy and legibility, deliver the vehicle in perfect condition every time, and follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.

*Please note: Previous Automotive Service Advisor Experience will be considered a strong asset, as well as experience using CDK. In addition, Automotive Repair Knowledge is a must, and physical ability to perform Automotive maintenance duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
