Job Responsibilities:

* Review funding documents in order to fund deals based on lender’s guidelines.

* Gather, organize and track loan documentation.

* Data entry into CRM.

* Work with lenders, processors, and funding managers to complete funding.

* Make courtesy calls to clients.

Qualifications:

* Very Organized.

* Tactfulness and proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations

* Time management

* High energy, self-motivated and service-oriented attitude

* Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

* Strong organizational skills, attention to details and ability to meet deadlines

* Must have at least 1 year of experience in processing of any type of loans.

You will work closely with the Processing Department and funding managers in order to facilitate the funding of the loan. Must work quick, and be computer savvy.
