We’re looking for our next Benefits Administrator. Could It Be You?
The Benefits Administrator will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Total Rewards team, including processing benefits transactions and providing professional and quality customer service to employees of Questrade.

As a member of the Total Rewards team, the Benefits Administrator will play an active role in both the team and within the broader organization. From overseeing benefits enrollment, termination and change processes to leading benefit information sessions, the benefits administrator will ensure a positive employee experience at all touch points.

In this role, you will be a point of contact for processing all benefits transactions for new hires, transfers, employee changes and terminations. You will support monthly reconciliation process. You will liaise with broker / insurance carriers to ensure employee inquiries are resolved in a timely manner. You will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding the benefits program, coverage and policies. You will provide accurate, professional & quality customer service to Questrade Financial Group. You will be responsible for Benefits Google Site, keeping information up-to-date and identifying additional information to include. You will oversee new hire benefits enrollment information session. You will create, implement and conduct regular monthly benefits information sessions for all employees.
You will actively contribute to a high performing and engaged Total Rewards team in a respectful team environment. And you will execute other duties and accountabilities as assigned and needed.

✔ Hold a post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field.
✔ Have 2+ years of experience as a benefits administrator, or in a similar role.
✔ Have 2-3 years’ customer service experience, understand the importance of the employee experience.
✔ Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Have strong interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with employees in a professional manner.
✔ Are a critical thinker with high attention to detail and accuracy.
✔ Are a great team player who can also work independently.
✔ Have solid sense of initiative and urgency.
✔ Are dedicated and organized, with demonstrated accountability and reliability in the quality and timeliness of work.
✔ Have proven ability to multitask.
✔ Have effective prioritization and follow up with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
✔ Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
✔ Have good analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Have experience with Excel & Google Sheets.
✔ Have experience with Google Suite & MS Office products.
