About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, this role will see you provide a high quality, end to end service that is pro-active, strategic, professional and adds value to the business whilst enhancing the company’s reputation and employment brand in the market by providing a memorable candidate and hiring manager experience.

The role may be based at our Seven Hills, NSW Corporate Office, or from our Newcastle NSW or Perth WA sites.

Your responsibilities in this role will include;

• Manage the end to end recruitment process whilst providing regular updates to both candidates and hiring managers
• Engage with hiring managers to become a trusted recruitment partner, ensuring delivery of a service that is customer focused, value-adding and cost effective
• Develop engaging adverts that will attract quality candidates to our vacancies
• Coordinate pre-employment checks i.e. reference checks, VEVO checks and medical bookings
• Effectively manage candidates to ensure a positive experience is had with the business
• Proactively approach and headhunt candidates whilst developing talent pools for future opportunities.

About You
To be considered for this role, you will possess;

• 5+ years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition or Internal Recruitment role
• Experience recruiting Trades and Engineering roles (highly desirable)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
• High level of attention to detail and a passion for offering a quality service
• Proven ability to influence and motivate diverse stakeholders including candidates and hiring managers
• Experience in the use of ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Premium Talent Search.
