About the Opportunity
Due to considerable growth within our business, we now have an exciting opportunity available for a Level 1 – Helpdesk Support Officer in Seven Hills NSW 2147.
This role will see you working within a small close knit team, providing day-to-day Help Desk activities to support users throughout the Group whilst also assisting in providing user training, document maintenance, and participating in projects.
Your responsibilities in this role will include;
- Support users by providing Help Desk services
- Diagnosing and fixing issues related to Hardware, Software and Networking
- Maintain system security and integrity
- Participate in projects such as new deployments, branch relocations and software upgrades
- Train users on system procedures, and provide guidance on the day to day use of the system
- User management in Active Directory, Exchange and other in-house systems.
About You
To be successful in this role you will possess;
- Ability to follow set processes clearly and logically, documenting the same
- Be able to communicate effectively with our customers both verbally and in writing
- Time availability and flexibility
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop technologies such as DNS, DHCP
- Network troubleshooting
- Active Directory administration
- Microsoft Office skills
