We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our Regional Project Delivery Office team based in Brisbane. In this role you will be responsible for providing a high level of complex administrative support services to facilitate the effective operation and function of Regional Asset Delivery.
We are looking for an adaptable individual who is able to work autonomously and has outstanding communication skills to provide a wide range of support to our Project Delivery Teams. Your outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, the ability to prioritise your work load and your ability to demonstrate initiative will be paramount to your success in this role.
About the role:

• Provide a high level of administrative support to the unit as required including word processing, presentation preparation, spreadsheets, diary management and reporting
• Provide support in procurement and contract management activities, ensuring the business unit has strong processes
• Coordinate where required meetings and/or conferences including venue bookings, arranging attendees and equipment, agenda and/or minute preparation and travel/accommodation arrangements
• Manage divisional requirements including SAP input for payroll and/or finance, payment of invoices, ICT asset management and training requirements
• Contribute as a team member towards achieving best practice in the smooth, efficient and responsive delivery of all administrative support functions, document management and projects
• Communicate effectively with management, staff, suppliers and customers to ensure a productive and harmonious teamwork environment

About you:

• High level of skill in providing administrative services and support
• High level of skill in the use of contemporary office software including Microsoft Word, Excel (pivot tables and basic formulas) and PowerPoint
• Substantial level of organisational skills
• Substantial level of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Substantial level of skill in working in a team environment and with minimal supervision
• Substantial level of research, analytical and problem solving skills
